It’s not always habits that create bad breathers.

In the fast-paced world of the 21st century, people no longer breathe as nature intended. Bad breathers become chronic asthmatics, highly motivated athletes never achieve their goals…people have got into bad habits when it comes to breathing.

Unfortunately, some people’s dysfunctional breathing can start as a baby but it doesn’t get identified until teen years or later. This can be due to a tongue tie that goes unnoticed.

Allergies, asthma, anxiety/ stress/ racing mind, chronic bronchitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), chronic fatigue syndrome/ME, Emphysema, hay fever/rhinitis, high blood pressure, panic attacks, pulmonary fibrosis, sinusitis, sleep apnoea, snoring, disrupted sleep, fatigue coughing, wheezing and breathlessness, loss of smell…all relate to being a bad breather. It’s usually the cause rather than the result of the condition.
